Professor Nebeling’s Sabbatical

Professor Nebeling recently received tenure at the University of Michigan and was promoted to Associate Professor. Starting September 2022, he will be on a one-year sabbatical at Meta Reality Labs Research, first in Redmond hosted by Tanya Jonker and Hrvoje Benko, and then in Toronto hosted by Mike Glueck and Daniel Wigdor. During his time there, he will be working on future augmented and virtual reality interface software systems and technologies designed to make it easier and safer for users to engage in XR experiences.
